Ruud Adds AHRI Reference Number Lookup Tool to MyRuud.com

Ruud is pleased to announce the addition of a user-friendly AHRI Lookup Tool to MyRuud.com. This tool will save you time when searching for Certified AHRI Reference Numbers and Certificate of Product Ratings on the www.ahridirectory.org database. The AHRI Look up Tool will provide a reference number and a ratings summary for all Ruud matched systems under consideration, as well as a direct link to enter the reference number and print an official AHRI Certificate of Product Ratings on www.ahridirectory.org. AHRI reference numbers for all residential condensing unit and heat pump match ups are accessible for quick and easy reference on the www.MyRuud.com AHRI Lookup Tool. Ruud Commercial units will be available in the future.

Note: This tool is not a replacement for AHRI Ratings Certificates. It is only intended to make navigation of www.ahridirectory.org easier for MyRuud.com users.

Below is a walk through on how to use the AHRI Lookup Tool on MyRuud.com.

  1. Log in to  www.MyRuud.com. Click on the “Product Information” tab on the left side of the screen. Select “AHRI Residential Lookup,” from the sub-menu.

  2. Enter the model family, or model number, of the outdoor unit. It is suggested to use the model family (RASL, 14AJM, etc.), and select the specific model in the next step of the search.

  3. Select the specific “Outdoor Model” you are looking for from the drop down menu.

  4. Select the Coil or Air Handler from the “Select an Indoor Model” drop down menu, or select the furnace match up from the “Select a Furnace Model” drop down menu.

  5. Locate the match up you are seeking from the list then click on the “AHRI Number” to view the ratings summary, and links to print or go to www.ahridirectory.org to get an AHRI Ratings Certificate.

  6. The summary screen gives you the option to print or copy the AHRI Reference Number, and link directly to www.ahridirectory.org for easy access to paste the reference number into the search box.
